1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you") and Elite Resilience Coaching LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), concerning your access to and use of the eliteresiliencecoaching.ae website as well as any other media form, media channel, mobile website or mobile application related, linked, or otherwise connected thereto (collectively, the "Site").

You agree that by accessing the Site, you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all of these Terms and Conditions.

2. Our Services

Elite Resilience Coaching LLC provides strategic, one-on-one behavioral advisory and executive coaching services. Our services are designed as a supportive partnership to help clients develop strategies for navigating complex personal and professional challenges.

Disclaimer: We are not a medical provider, and our services do not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Our coaching is not a substitute for therapy, psychiatric care, or formal treatment programs. All medical support is coordinated through independent, licensed physicians.

3. The Confidential Briefing

The initial engagement for all new clients is the "Forensic Case Formulation." The fee for this 90-minute session is $950 USD virtual / $2,700 USD in-location and is payable in advance to secure the booking. This session is a diagnostic and strategic working session designed to assess the client's situation and provide an actionable roadmap. It does not obligate either party to a longer-term engagement.

4. Retainer and On-Site Engagements

Following the initial Briefing, clients may be invited to engage in a longer-term Advisory Retainer or Executive In-Residence partnership. The scope, deliverables, and fees for these engagements are bespoke and will be detailed in a separate, formal partnership agreement provided to the client for review and signature. All retainer fees are payable in advance of the service period.

5. Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to be honest, open, and committed to the strategic process. You are responsible for your own decisions, actions, and outcomes. Our role is to provide guidance, strategy, and support; the responsibility for implementing changes rests with you.

6. Confidentiality

We are committed to structural confidentiality. All information shared by you during our relationship will be held in the strictest confidence, subject to the limitations outlined in our Privacy Policy and as required by law.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

Unless otherwise indicated, the Site is our proprietary property and all source code, databases, functionality, software, website designs, audio, video, text, photographs, and graphics on the Site (collectively, the "Content") are owned or controlled by us or licensed to us, and are protected by copyright and trademark laws.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the regulations of Sharjah Media City Free Zone (SHAMS). Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Emirate of Sharjah, UAE.
